Bookings and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only once Skyleaf Travels and the traveller have agreed on the itinerary, pricing, and any advance payment terms directly.
Pricing
Package prices shown on this site are indicative, per person, and based on double or group occupancy unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group size, hotel category, and season, and will be confirmed in writing before booking.
Permits
Where a package includes destinations requiring an Inner Line Permit or Protected Area Permit (Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram), the traveller is responsible for providing accurate identification documents on request. Skyleaf Travels assists with the application but is not responsible for delays caused by government processing times or incomplete documentation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid identification, any required travel insurance, and following local guidance at each destination, including at border-adjacent excursions like Bumla Pass.
Changes to itineraries
Weather, road conditions, or local circumstances (particularly on high-altitude routes such as Sela Pass) may require an itinerary to be adjusted for safety. Skyleaf Travels will always aim to offer a reasonable alternative in such cases.
Limitation of liability
Skyleaf Travels arranges accommodation, transport, and guiding services through vetted local partners but is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, or third-party service failures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Assam having jurisdiction.
